Rogue Iron Disc Golf Sling Bag – Holds Up to 14 Discs

So far so good! Ordered the sling cause i got tired of carrying around my heavier backpack (20+ discs), and wanted to start slimming down my bag to get better with fewer discs. This bag is doing the trick! Biggest pro that attracted me to this bag was the ability to keep it real slim with one single middle pouch (~7 discs), unsnap the second smaller pouch for adding multiple putters (3), or maximize by unsnapping the third pouch which I haven’t utilized yet. Love that versatility! Perfect amount of extra small storage compartments for keys, phone, drink, etc. without adding bulk too. Bag seems solid, nice thick canvas compared to your average small starter bag that’s thin and floppy.

It’s brand new but seems well manufactured. I have owned 3 other shoulder bags from 3 different companies. All were good quality. The only issues were the tournament slinger bag falls over easily. Gave it to my son in law as he wanted a smaller bag.The fade gear bag is good but a friend of mine needed a bag so I gave it to her. The DD shoulder bag doesn’t have the storage. The rogue discs bag has more room and the ability to adjust the size of bag depending on the discs you carry. I also figured out a way to carry my retriever. So I am hoping it holds up over time.

This bag is just what I was looking for. Holds just the right amount of discs (plenty for doubles of everything I will want to throw, and room for another 3-4 to spare in case I want to bring some for buddies who don't yet have the disc golf but but are willing to take a hike and try it out. Water holder pocket is great, and if I save a little space in the disc pouch part it'll fit a couple cans of adult beverages as well. Sling bag setup means it's easy to do and doff which means I take the time to put the bag down and focus on my shot. At first I wasn't sure about the metal clips on the strap but I realized they also enable it to double as a hat holder, just unclip, slip the strap through the back of the hat, and clip back in to the bag, boom, don't have to hold your hat if you want to take it off. Huge top flap with multiple magnetic fastening spots holds well, and the collapse/expand feature for the main container section works super well and keeps the bag compact when you want that, and roomy when you need the space.

A separate special note just to give a kudos to Brian, his customer service is above and beyond. That means a lot when things go wrong, but even more because everything went well with the purchase process. I'm glad I ordered directly from Rogue Iron's site. They also plant a tree for every product registration which is just downright awesome.

Functional and well-made bag. Love it!

I've been carrying this bag for a few years now. Other than some slight discoloration, it simply refuses to show any signs of wear. I got a backpack bag more recently, and it is already showing more age than this bag. My buddies always ask about this bag when I pull it out for a limited disc round, and a couple have purchased them for themselves with the same results. I've used a couple other sling bags from bigger brands and nothing compares. This bag is durable, lightweight, and versatile.
