Original receipt and picture of broken product is required for warranty claims. Rogue Iron Disc Golf will provide a return label for the broken pole to be returned. Poles will break under excessive force. Do not swing the pole in any direction. Slowly open and close the pole. Use the proper attachment to prevent the pole from getting stuck on objects. Pulling hard on the pole may cause the pole to break. Thoroughly dry each section of the pole after water use. If the pole fails within 1 month, we will send a replacement pole at no cost. After 1 month, we will replace broken poles for a $15 S&H charge. Limit 1 replacement pole per order.
